La Universidad Cundinamarca, extensión Facatativá, hace parte de las cinco (5) extensiones y tres (3) sedes que conforman la entidad educativa pública y departamental Universidad De Cundinamarca; la cual cuenta con un amplio parqueadero destinado para las motocicletas; tras el crecimiento masivo del uso de este tipo de vehículo entre los integrantes de la comunidad Universitaria, fue ineludible destinar una gran proporción del área del plantel para su uso como parqueadero, ya que la ausencia de una gestión adecuada genera molestias y congestión al hacer uso de las instalaciones. El objetivo de este proyecto es desarrollar un prototipo de software para el registro y control de acceso de motocicletas al parqueadero de la Universidad de Cundinamarca extensión Facatativá, ya que este proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de un sistema de información para el apoyo administrativo, destinado a llevar el registro y control del personal autorizado al parqueadero, soportado por modulo web, un sistema de gestión de imágenes destinado al registro de los usuarios y su correspondiente vehículo, el cual brindara seguridad al hacer uso del parqueadero, debido a la confirmación visual del usuario con la imagen registrada en las bases de datos y permitiendo dar apoyo administrativo para la gestión de los recursos físicos de la universidad. The Cundinamarca University, Facatativá extension, is part of the five (5) extensions and three (3) venues that make up the public and departmental educational institution Universidad De Cundinamarca; which has a large parking lot for motorcycles; After the massive growth of the use of this type of vehicle among the members of the University community, it was inescapable to allocate a large proportion of the area of the campus, since the absence of proper management generates inconvenience and congestion when using the parking lot. The objective of this project is to develop a software prototype for the registration and access control of motorcycles to the parking lot of the University of Cundinamarca extension Facatativá, since this project consists in the development of an information system for administrative support, destined to take the registration and control of authorized personnel to the parking lot, supported by web module, an image system for the registration of users and their corresponding vehicle, which will provide security when making use of the parking lot, due to the visual confirmation of the user with the image registered in the databases and allowing administrative support for the management of the physical resources of the university.
