Análisis del régimen simple de tributación en Colombia y estudio de su efecto en empresas mineras de la provincia de Ubaté en el periodo 2020 al 2022.

El Régimen Simple de tributación (RST) fue instaurado en Colombia mediante la ley de financiamiento 1943 de 2018 y se consolida con la ley de crecimiento 2010 de 2019, nació como medida para impulsar la formalización, generar empleo e incrementar el recaudo tributario en Colombia. El presente trabajo buscó analizar el efecto que ha tenido el desarrollo de este impuesto, si la ley cumple con los objetivos propuestos y determinar los efectos fiscales del régimen simple de tributación, se centró en las empresas explotadoras de carbón de la provincia de Ubaté puesto que estas tienen una particularidad en el pago de seguridad social de sus trabajadores, además tienen un alto número de empleabilidad por tal razón se ve factible que estas empresas se registren en el RST, y manejen sus obligaciones tributarias por medio de este impuesto. Para lograr el propósito del presente trabajo se tomaron investigaciones relevantes relacionados con formalización laboral, economía y cultura tributaria. Por esta razón la investigación tiene un enfoque mixto ya que se toma como base las investigaciones particulares desarrollados alrededor del tema y las normas establecidas para el desarrollo de este impuesto y una metodología con un diseño documental tipo descriptivo. Abstract : The Simple Taxation Regime (RST) was established in Colombia through the financing law 1943 of 2018 and is consolidated with the growth law 2010 of 2019, it was born as a measure to boost formalization, generate employment and increase tax collection in Colombia. The present work sought to analyze the effect that the development of this tax has had, if the law meets the proposed objectives and determine the fiscal effects of the simple taxation regime, it focused on coal mining companies in the province of Ubaté since these have a particularity in the payment of social security of their workers, they also have a high number of employability for such reason it is feasible that these companies are registered in the RST, and manage their tax obligations through this tax. In order to achieve the purpose of this work, relevant research related to labor formalization, economy and tax culture were taken. For this reason, the researchhas a mixed approach since it is based on the particular research developed around the topic and the norms established for the development of this tax and a methodology with a descriptive documentary design.
