Por medio de este proyecto se quiere dar a conocer un análisis de la ética profesional y la responsabilidad social del contador público especialmente de los egresados d la universidad de Cundinamarca, el enfoque investigativo que se utilizo fue el cuantitativo el cual se percibe el tema y su respectivo título, una pregunta problema, desarrollo de marco teórico, recaudación de datos, diseño de investigación, investigación de datos y por último el reporte de resultados. Con la recolección de los datos de la encuesta empleada, se obtuvo como respuesta los aspectos laborales sobre el desarrollo de la profesión como funciona y su respectivo manejo sobre el código de ética; si se tiene conocimiento en la responsabilidad social y como se implementa en la profesión, como resultados finales se demuestra una comparación con otras universidades públicas y privadas frente a la universidad de Cundinamarca sobre la calidad de enseñanza en el manejo del núcleo de la ética y fe pública y como los estudiantes y egresados aplican lo aprendido. ABSTRAC: The aim of this project is to provide an analysis of the professional ethics and social responsibility of public accountants, especially graduates of the University of Cundinamarca, the research approach that was used was the quantitative one which is perceived the topic and its respective title, a problem question, development of theoretical framework, data collection, research design, data analysis and finally the report of results.With the collection of data from the survey used, the labour aspects of the development of the profession as it functions and its respective management of the code of ethics were obtained as a response; whether there is knowledge of social responsibility and how it is implemented in the profession, The final results show a comparison with other public and private universities with the University of Cundinamarca on the quality of teaching in the management of the core of ethics and public faith and how students and graduates apply what they have learned.
