Item Apoyo en los procesos de auditoria en la alcaldía municipal de silvania cundinamarca "juntos por silvania"(2019-08-23) Rivas Baquero, Karen LicethLa auditoría es una herramienta utilizada por las entidades privadas y publica, esta ultima la desarrolla por medio de la oficina de control interno, para lograr identificar los riesgos que se pueden dar en el desarrollo de las actividades, buscando así la evaluación y minimización de estos a través de las salvaguardas aplicadas por la oficina. En el desarrollo de la pasantía en la Alcaldía Municipal de Silvania Cundinamarca, se llevaron a cabo en total dieciséis (16) actividades en las dependencias de Secretaria de Gobierno, Contratación, Tesorería, Planeación, UMATA, Comisaria de Familia, Sisbén, Desarrollo Social, Secretaría de Salud y Secretaría de Tránsito y Transporte. En las cuales se encuentran apoyo en planes de auditoría y seguimientos a tos procesos desarrollados por la entidad, desarrollo de infames y elaboración de matriz de hallazgos. por consiguiente, al finalizar ¡a pasantía se dejó en la entidad se dejó un valor agregado por parte de la Universidad de Cundinamarca. SUMMARY The audit is a tool used by the private entities and publishes, the latter develops it through the Office of Internal Control, to identify the risks that can be given in the development of the activities, looking for the evaluation and Minimization of these through the safeguards applied by the Office. In the development of the internship in the municipal mayor of Silvania Cundinamarca, sixteen (16) activities were carried out in the departments of Secretary of Government, Hiring, treasury, planning, UMATA, family commissioner, Sisbén, Social development, Secretary of Health and Secretary of Transit and Transport. In which are supported in audit plans and follow—up to the processes developed by the entity, development of reports and elaboration of matrix of findings, therefore, at the end of the internship was left in the entity was left a value added by Part of the University of Cundinamarca.
