Estudio de viabilidad para la puesta en marcha de una academia de inglés en el municipio de pasca.

RESUMEN:El presente documento contiene el estudio de viabilidad para la puesta en marcha de la academia de inglés NEWAY SAS en el municipio de Pasca Cundinamarca, el cual tiene como objeto brindar a la comunidad un servicio de aprendizaje con metodologías no tradicionales en la enseñanza del idioma inglés. Actualmente en el este municipio no se registra ninguna institución que brinde este servicio por lo que el acceso para las personas es muy limitado ya que solo las que cuentan con los recursos necesarios tiene la oportunidad de dirigirse a las ciudades cercanas para adquirir este servicio. Por lo anteriormente mencionado, se establecieron 4 objetivos específicos los cuales fueron la base para el desarrollo del estudio de viabilidad. Como primera medida se realizó la identificación de necesidades y segmentación mediante un estudio de mercado, de igual forma con base en la ley 115, el decreto 1075 y la NTC 5580 se plasmaron los requisitos establecidos para la constitución de un ETDH. Por consiguiente se realizó un estudio técnico operativo en el cual se cualifico y cuantifico la estructura, maquinaria y equipo necesario para el funcionamiento de la academia. En el estudio administrativo legal se creó la plataforma estratégica de la academia y la identificación del personal necesario para la puesta en marcha de la academia. Finalmente se realizó un estudio financiero, teniendo en cuenta los gastos administrativos y de funcionamiento, costos fijos y variables, proyección de ventas, ingresos y utilidades; todo esto aportando a la elaboración del Balance General y el flujo neto de caja (FNC) y posteriormente determinar la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR), el Valor Presente Neto (VPN), el beneficio costo (B/C) y el punto de equilibrio en pesos, unidades y porcentaje lo cual ayudo a dar cumplimiento al objetivo general establecido. ABSTRACT:This document contains the feasibility study for the start-up of the NEWAY SAS English academy in the municipality of Pasca Cundinamarca, which aims to provide the community a learning service with non-traditional methodologies in teaching English. Currently in this municipality there is no institution that provides this service so access for people is very limited because only those with the necessary resources have the opportunity to go to nearby cities to purchase this service. For the aforementioned, 4 specific objectives were established which were the basis for the development of the feasibility study. As a first step, the identification of needs and segmentation was carried out through a market study, similarly based on the law 115, the decree 1075 and the NTC 5580, the requirements established for the constitution of an ETDH were established. Therefore, an operational technical study was carried out in which the qualification and quantification of the structure was carried out, and the necessary equipment for the operation of the academy. In the legal administrative study was created the strategic platform of the academy and the identification of the necessary personnel for the start-up of the academy. Finally, a financial study was carried out, taking into account administrative and operating expenses, fixed and variable costs, sales projections, income and profits, all this contributing to the preparation of the General Balance and the net cash flow (FNC) and subsequently determine the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), the Net Present Value (NPV), the cost benefit (B / C) and the equilibrium point in pesos, units and percentage which helped to fulfill the general objective established.
