Se presenta a la comunidad académica los resultados de la caracterización y transformaciones sociales del egresado en su contexto, programa de administración de empresas, universidad de Cundinamarca Seccional Girardot en el periodo 2018-2023. con el propósito de identificar el nivel socioeconómico en el que se encuentran los egresados del programa. A su vez se identifica sus objetivos los cuales son: Identificar las características sociales y económicas de los egresados del programa de administración de empresas, Establecer las necesidades del contexto y del desarrollo social de Girardot y la región en términos productivos, de competitividad, tecnológicos y de talento humano, Mostrar el aporte del programa administración de empresas a través de los egresados como insumo para garantizar la pertinencia y efectuar ajustes en el programa, atendiendo las necesidades del entorno y Analizar el seguimiento a egresados realizado por la universidad durante los últimos 5 años. El documento consta de un diseño metodológico donde también está incluida la encuesta realizada a los egresados de la seccional y del programa de los periodos mencionados con sus respectivos resultados y análisis. También se encuentra conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes. ABSTRACT: The results of the characterization and social transformations of the graduate in their context, business administration program, University of Cundinamarca Girardot Section in the period 2018-2023 are presented to the academic community. with the purpose of identifying the socioeconomic level in which the program graduates find themselves. At the same time, its objectives are identified, which are: Identify the social and economic characteristics of the graduates of the business administration program, Establish the needs of the context and social development of Girardot and the region in terms of production, competitiveness, technological and of human talent, Show the contribution of the business administration program through the graduates as input to guarantee relevance and make adjustments to the program, meeting the needs of the environment and Analyze the monitoring of graduates carried out by the university during the last 5 years . The document consists of a methodological design which also includes the survey carried out on the graduates of the section and the program of the mentioned periods with their respective results and analysis. There are also pertinent conclusions and recommendations.
