El presente trabajo describe la pasantía realizada en la empresa SERVICIOS Y ASESORIAS LES, donde se llevó a cabo un análisis del entorno empresarial y las prácticas contables. El objetivo de esta pasantía fue identificar las debilidades y fortalezas del estudiante en el entorno laboral, aplicando los conocimientos adquiridos en el campo contable. Además, se propusieron estrategias de mejora con el fin de agilizar y mejorar las actividades contables y financieras que se realizan de manera habitual en la empresa. Uno de los aspectos fundamentales de la formación en contaduría pública es el manejo de la contabilidad y la aplicación de los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera. Los estudiantes no solo adquieren conocimientos básicos, sino que también tienen la oportunidad de estudiar, aplicar y analizar estos conocimientos en un entorno laboral a través de pasantías. Esto permite que los estudiantes se familiaricen con la realidad financiera y contable de las empresas en nuestro país, lo que les brinda un contexto invaluable para su futura carrera profesional. This work describes the internship carried out in the company SERVICIOS Y ASESORIAS LES, where an analysis of the business environment and accounting practices was carried out. The objective of this internship was to identify the student's weaknesses and strengths in the work environment, applying the knowledge acquired in the accounting field. In addition, improvement strategies were proposed in order to streamline and improve the accounting and financial activities that are regularly carried out in the company. One of the fundamental aspects of public accounting training is the management of accounting and the application of the knowledge acquired throughout the career. Students not only acquire basic knowledge, but also have the opportunity to study, apply and analyze this knowledge in a work environment through internships. This allows students to become familiar with the financial and accounting reality of companies in our country, which provides them with an invaluable context for their future professional career.
