el area de tesoreria de la universidad de Cundinamarca tiene funciones como el reporte de ingresos, egresos, conciliaciones bancarias, nónima, descuentos de nómina, reservas presupuestales, cajas y fondos renovables, anticipos, reembolsos entre otras. por esta razón se hace necesario el apoyo de los estudiantes que complemente algunas de estas funciones y así disminuir la sobrecarga de actividades que tiene el personal, de esta manera se ppodría solventar en buena medida la necesidad que se tiene y así mismo complementar con el trabajo que desarrolla la tesoreria y de igual modo ayudar a la optimización del tiempo. adicionalmente la universidad de Cundinamarca se encuentra realizando la implementación de las normas internacionales de información financiera para entidades del sector publico, este nuevo marco normativo debe estar aplicado a partir del 2018, donde la administración debe ajustar las politicas, adoptar el nuevo plan de cuentas y reestructurar la presentacion de la información financiera, este proceso exige tiempo del personal para su respectiva capacitación, tiempo en el cual se suspenden actividades laborales, factores como este muestran los cambios que estan transformando los procesos de la universidad y todas las dependencias que la conforman.ABSTRACT: the treasury area of the university of Cundinamarca has functions such as the report of income, expenses, bank reconciliations, nónima, payroll discounts, budget reserves, cash and renewable funds, advances, reimbursements among others. for this reason it is necessary the support of students that complement some of these functions and thus reduce the overload of activities that has the staff, this way could be solved to a large extent the need that you have and also complement with the work that develops the treasury and likewise help the optimization of time.
