Contribuyendo en el proceso de construcción identitaria en los pobladores del Municipio de Fusagasugá, a través de la caracterización de los espacios turísticos en torno a la gastronomía.

La presente pasantía se realizó en la Oficina de Turismo del Municipio de Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca, está orientado al estudio sobre turismo gastronómico con el ánimo de contribuir en el proceso de construcción identitaria en los pobladores a través de la caracterización de los espacios turísticos gastronómicos. El tipo de investigación utilizado fue mixto, utilizando la metodología cuantitativa y cualitativa, permitiendo comprender el contexto natural del fenómeno estudiado, reconocer aspectos culturales y obtener información basada en datos estadísticos. Es importante señalar la aceptación del tema de estudio por parte de los pobladores, que permitieron que el proyecto se desarrollara a cabalidad debido a que el mismo le daba reconocimiento al sector gastronómico, permitiéndonos a la vez tener una experiencia que enriquece nuestro aprendizaje y nos brinda como investigadoras el poder contribuir a la comunidad y a la Oficina de Turismo al cumplir los objetivos propuestos. Se debe continuar desde la Licenciatura de Ciencias Sociales planteando proyectos investigativos en torno al turismo gastronómico en el municipio. This project has been worked in the tourist office of the municipality of Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca, is oriented to the study of gastronomic tourism with the purpose of contributing to the process of identity construction in the people through the characterization of gastronomic touristic places. The type of research used was a combination, using the quantitative and qualitative methodology, allowing to understand the natural context of the problem studied, to recognize cultural aspects and get information based on statistical data. It is important to remark the acceptance of the topic of study by the citizens, who allowed the project to be fully developed because it gave recognition to the gastronomic sector, allowing us at the same time to have an experience that improves our learning and gives us as researchers the ability to contribute to the community and the tourist office by fulfilling the proposed objectives. It must be continued from the Social Sciences proposing research projects around gastronomic tourism in the municipality.
