Modulo financiero del sistema de información para el apoyo administrativo udec-facatativá- “siaaf”

RESUMEN: Se diseñará, desarrollará e implementará uno de los módulos para el “SIAAF” como apoyo a la gestión y sistematización del área financiera, obteniendo facilidad, orden y desempeño al momento de llevar a cabo las tareas que se ejercen en el medio como la consolidación y centralización de la información de los estudiantes de Facatativá que posee algún beneficio por parte de la Universidad o Icetex, con el fin de fortalecer diversas ocupaciones que impiden la correcta utilidad afectando la entidad en el momento de depender de entes externos como a espera de recolección de datos por parte de Fusagasugá que concierna a Facatativá para poder concluir un trabajo específico como la aprobación, verificación o envío de documentos para recibir algún beneficio. La finalidad como proyecto es obtener beneficios que impulsen y motiven la creación de nuevos complementos o funciones que proporcionen una centralización de datos concernientes a lo antes aclarado que genere ayuda tanto al área correspondiente como al estudiante que posee beneficios con la Universidad, principalmente por el tiempo, error o perdida de documentos y archivos físicos dependientes de un área superior. Es importante desarrollar e implementar un sistema de información alterno a la plataforma existente Hermesoft donde con ayuda de los estudiantes que deseen recibir apoyo financiero o que posean convenio Icetex se consolide información de Facatativá en cuanto a los documentos requeridos para diferentes procesos de apoyo y así tener acceso ágil y generación de reportes de información detallada de los estudiantes de la UDEC-Facatativá. ABSTRACT: One of the modules for the "SIAAF" will be designed, developed and implemented to support the management and systematization of the financial area, obtaining ease, order and performance when carrying out the tasks performed in the environment such as consolidation and centralization of the information of the students of Facatativá that has some benefit on the part of the University or Icetex, with the purpose of strengthening diverse occupations that impede the correct utility affecting the entity at the time of relying on external entities as to wait for collection of data by Fusagasugá that concerns Facatativa in order to be able to complete a specific job such as the approval, verification or sending of documents to receive some benefit. The purpose as a project is to obtain benefits that promote and motivate the creation of new complements or functions that provide a centralization of data concerning the previously clarified that generates help both to the corresponding area and to the student who has benefits with the University, mainly for the time , error or loss of documents and physical files dependent on a higher area. It is important to develop and implement an alternative information system to the existing Hermesoft platform where, with the help of students who wish to receive financial support or who hold an Icetex agreement, information from Facatativa will be consolidated regarding the documents required for different support processes and thus have Agile access and generation of detailed information reports of the students of the UDEC-Facatativá
