Item Caracterización del perfil laboral del estudiante activo de contaduría pública de la universidad de cundinamarca sede fusagasugá(2016-06-07) Avila Guevara, Victor Anderson; Fajardo Torres, Wendy Gissette; Pinilla Carrillo, Katerin YeritzaRESUMEN: La investigación presenta un análisis sobre el estado actual del arte del perfil laboral de los estudiantes activos del programa de Contaduría de la Universidad de Cundinamarca sede Fusagasugá, a través de la recolección de información. Donde pudimos concluir que, el 52% de los estudiantes se encuentran trabajando, pero tan solo una cuarta parte de estos laboran en empleos afines a la carrera de contaduría, siendo un nivel muy bajo, lo que relaciona la poca oferta laboral que existe en el minicipio de Fusagasugá, es necesario que la universidad en compañía con las fuerzas vivas del municipio, se fomente el plan local desarrollo, pues esta carencia de oportunidad laboral, hace que los estudiantes emigren en busca de otro tipo de empleos. ABSTRACT: The investigation presents an analysis on the current condition of the art of the labor profile of the active student of the program of Accounting of Cundinamarca`s University headquarters Fusagasugá, across the compilation of information. Where we could conclude that 52% of students is working, but only a fourth part of these they work in related employments to the career of accountancy, being a very low level, what relates small labor offer that exists in the Fusagasugá's municipaly, is necessary that the university in company with the kinetic powers of the municipality, the local plan is promoted I develop, pues this labor lack of opportunities, it does that the students emigrate in search of another types of employments.
