Item Sistema de información para la ventanilla única de la alcaldía municipal de ubaté(2017-10-03) Ascencio Pachón, Diana Carolina; Pinilla Caro, LorenaResumen: El proyecto de grado titulado “Sistema de información para la Ventanilla Única de la Alcaldía Municipal de Ubaté”, se desarrolla teniendo en cuenta las directrices establecidas en la Ley General de Archivos, garantizando así que la información esté disponible para satisfacer las necesidades de la entidad, con el ánimo de dar el manejo e interpretación adecuada de los comunicados oficiales de la administración municipal. Este sistema de información permitirá la automatización del proceso de correspondencia, que se basa en la gestión de los servicios de recepción, radicación y distribución de las comunicaciones oficiales tanto de nivel interno como externo, dicho proceso es llevado actualmente por el área de Ventanilla Única de la Alcaldía Municipal de Ubaté Abstract: The degree project entitled "Information System for the Single Window of Ubaté City Hall", is developed taking into account the guidelines established in the General Law of Archives, thus ensuring that the information is Available to meet the needs of the entity, with the aim of giving the proper management and interpretation of the official communiqués of the municipal administration. This information system will allow the automation of the correspondence process, which is based management of the reception services, establishment and distribution of official communications both internally and externally, this process is currently carried out by the area of Single Window of the Mayor Municipal of Ubaté. The system will provide the control and administration of each of the official communications that arrive in this area.
