Item Caracterización sociodemográfica y laboral de los docentes de la universidad de cundinamarca seccional girardot durante el periodo académico 2016.(2017-06-12) Perea Rojas, Karen Elizabeth; Nocua Sema, Yuleidy Angélica; Ortíz Doncel, AmandaRESUMEN: El siguiente estudio titulado caracterización sociodemográfica y laboral de los Docentes de la Universidad de Cundinamarca Seccional Girardot durante el periodo 2016, es la primera fase de la investigación factores de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral y estrategias de afrontamiento en docentes en docentes de la Universidad de Cundinamarca Seccional Girardot durante el periodo académico 2016, en el cual se evidencia las características que identifican los diferentes rasgos sociales , demográficos y laborales que permiten conocer a que factores de riesgo psicosociales pueden ser vulnerables y que estrategias de afrontamiento emplean para mitigarlos y de esta forma poder tomar decisiones e implementar estrategias que intervengan de manera acertada y proactiva en la prevención de esta población. ABSTRACT: The following study titled socio-demographic and labor characterization of the Teachers of the University of Cundinamarca Girardot Section during the period 2016, is the first phase of the investigation factors of intralaboral psychosocial risk and coping strategies in teachers of the University of Cundinamarca Girardot Section during the Academic period 2016, which shows the characteristics that the different social, demographic and labor characteristics that allow to know to which psychosocial risk factors can be vulnerable and that coping strategies use mitigate them and in this way to be able to make decisions and implement strategies that intervene in a successful and proactive way in the prevention of this population.
