La monografía investigativa en su primera etapa refleja el planteamiento del problema el cual consta de sus respectivos antecedentes, descripción, formulación y sistematización, seguido se encuentra la justificación correspondiente del problema objeto de estudio, sus objetivos tanto general como específicos los cuales perseguirá el proyecto, el área y línea de investigación. Continuando se ubica el marco referencial, donde se realiza una investigación teórica, conceptual, legal y geográfica de tema a desarrollar en todo el proceso del proyecto. Posteriormente a lo relacionado con anterioridad, se procede a dar continuidad con el diseño metodológico el cual muestra el proceso que se llevó a cabo para la recolección de información, usando instrumentos como encuestas, datos históricos y fuentes referentes al tema. Seguidamente, se procede al desarrollo de los objetivos planteados en el presente trabajo, iniciando con un estudio de mercado, analizando de manera global y particular las variables a estudiar, para de esta manera generar un plan marketing, y proceder con los demás estudios (técnico, administrativo, ambiental y financiero). Finalmente, se presentan las conclusiones a las que se llegó luego del desarrollo de la investigación del proyecto, determinando la viabilidad del proyecto. Los autores del presente trabajo certifican que la información contenida en él ha sido recopilada, analizada y escrita, teniendo en cuenta todo lo relacionado con el tema de derechos de autor y plagio, certificando la originalidad del texto. ABSTRACT The investigative monograph in its first stage reflects the statement of the problem which consists of its respective antecedents, description, formulation and systematization, followed by the corresponding justification of the problem under study, its general and specific objectives which the project will pursue, the area and line of research. Continuing, the referential framework is located, where a theoretical, conceptual, legal and geographical investigation of the subject to be developed throughout the project process is carried out. Subsequently to what was previously related, we proceed to continue with the methodological design which shows the process that was carried out for the collection of information, using instruments such as surveys, historical data and sources related to the subject. Next, we proceed to develop the objectives set out in this work, starting with a market study, analyzing the variables to be studied globally and specifically, in order to generate a marketing plan, and proceed with the other studies (technical , administrative, environmental and financial). Finally, the conclusions reached after the development of the project research are presented, determining the viability of the project. The authors of this work certify that the information contained in it has been compiled, analyzed and written, taking into account everything related to the subject of copyright and plagiarism, certifying the originality of the text.
