La Práctica Pedagógica Investigativa (P.P.I) y el Autoconocimiento del docente en formación del programa de Licenciatura en educación básica con énfasis en humanidades, lengua castellana e inglés de la Universidad de Cundinamarca.

La presente investigación analiza cómo el núcleo Práctica Pedagógica Investigativa (P.P.I) implementado en el programa de Licenciatura en educación básica con énfasis en humanidades, Lengua castellana e inglés, de la Universidad de Cundinamarca, sede Girardot; contribuye en el autoconocimiento del docente en formación. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación cualitativa, se implementó como enfoque metodológico la sistematización de experiencias, en dónde se buscaba rescatar las vivencias de la autora en el núcleo y posteriormente mediante una entrevista semiestructurada a cuatro participantes y un docente de la misma experiencia, realizar una comparación respecto a los hallazgos y concepciones de la autora. Para esto, el análisis de datos se desarrolló mediante tres etapas. En primer lugar, se encuentra la “Compilación de experiencias P.P.I pregrado 2015” En donde, se analizaron las concepciones principales de los cuatro sujetos objetos de estudio, implementando cinco categorías de análisis, resultantes de la realización de una entrevista semiestructurada. Posterior a esto, se encuentra la etapa “Aportes del P.P.I al autoconocimiento del docente en formación” y finalmente, la etapa de “Reflexión”. Finalmente, se concluye concibiendo al núcleo P.P.I como parte fundamental del pregrado para el autoconocimiento del docente, gracias al ser este orientado en el desarrollo de la identidad del maestro en formación, significando un acercamiento a la realidad educativa. ABSTRACT:This investigation, analyzes how the core Pedagogical Investigative Practice (P.P.I) implemented in the Bachelor's program in basic education with emphasis on humanities, Spanish and English, of the University of Cundinamarca, Girardot campus; contributes to the self-knowledge of the teacher in training. For the development of this qualitative research, the systematization of experiences was implemented as a methodological approach, where it was sought to rescue the experiences of the author in the nucleus and later through a semi-structured interview with four participants and a teacher with the same experience, carry out a comparison with respect to the findings and conceptions of the author. For this, the data analysis was developed through three stages. In the first place, there is the "Compilation of undergraduate P.P.I experiences 2015" where the main conceptions of the four subjects under study were analyzed, implementing five categories of analysis, resulting from the conduct of a semi-structured interview. After this, there is the stage "Contributions of the P.P.I to the self-knowledge of the teacher in training" and finally, the stage of "Reflection". Finally, this researching concluded by conceiving the core P.P.I as a fundamental part of the undergraduate for the self-knowledge of the teacher, thanks to being oriented towards the development of the identity of the teacher in training, meaning an approach to the educational reality.
