Asociación Entre El Acompañamiento Psicológico Y La Presencia De Lesiones En Deportistas De Alto Rendimiento De La Liga De Lucha Olímpica Bogotá D.C

La intervención psicológica juega un papel importante como herramienta integradora y aplicable a las diferentes disciplinas, tal como lo es el deporte de alto rendimiento, pues la práctica deportiva de alto rendimiento genera una alta probabilidad de presentar una lesión ocasionada por la actividad física, se evidencia que factores pueden verse implicados, entre ellos los componentes psicológicos, por tal motivo el proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar y describir la asociación entre acompañamiento psicológico y la presencia de lesiones en deportistas de alto rendimiento, siendo este el objetivo de este estudio, llevado a cabo con la población de deportistas de alto rendimiento de la liga de lucha olímpica de Bogotá D.C. Se realizó el análisis descriptivo y de asociación, como tal la investigación aporta a la psicología deportiva ya que la misma tiene como objetivo el estudio de las variables que afectan el desempeño físico y cognitivo del deportista. Como resultados se determinó la caracterización sociodemográfica, deportiva y psicológica de la población, en cuanto a los resultados se aceptó la hipótesis nula, que indica que según los resultados no hay asociación entre el acompañamiento psicológico y la presencia de lesiones en la práctica deportiva, se atribuye el resultado a factores determinantes, también a que en la presencia de lesión hay diversos rasgos influyentes, que el acompañamiento psicológico se encuentra orientado a los niveles de rendimiento y no es significativo para el fenómeno evaluado. ABSTRACT Psychological intervention plays an important role as an integrating tool and applicable to different disciplines, such as high-performance sport, since high-performance sports practice generates a high probability of presenting an injury caused by physical activity, it is evident What factors may be involved, including psychological components, for this reason the research project aims to determine and describe the relationship between psychological support and the presence of injuries in high-performance athletes, this being the objective of this study, carried out carried out with the population of high-performance athletes from the Bogotá DC Olympic Wrestling League The descriptive and correlational analysis was carried out, as such the research contributes to sports psychology since it aims to study the variables that affect the physical and cognitive performance of the athlete. As results, the sociodemographic, sports and psychological characterization of the population was determined, as for the results, the null hypothesis was accepted, which indicates that according to the results there is no association between psychological support and the presence of injuries in sports practice, attributes the result to determining factors, that in the presence of injury there are various influencing factors, that psychological monitoring is oriented to performance levels and is not significant for the phenomenon evaluated
