La Universidad de Cundinamarca, a través de su programa de administración de empresas, ofrece servicios educativos para transferir conocimiento y fomentar el desarrollo de la comunidad. Para ello, se han propuesto actividades educativas para el segundo semestre del 2022 y el primer periodo académico del 2023, con el objetivo de apoyar la planificación, ejecución y control de estas. El objetivo general es brindar apoyo logístico y administrativo a las actividades del área de interacción social universitaria. Los objetivos específicos incluyen coadyuvar con el proceso de planeación, brindar apoyo administrativo y logístico, registrar información en un archivo Excel y sintetizar en informes mensuales las actividades desarrolladas. Al coadyuvar con el proceso de planeación se mejoró la eficiencia y efectividad en la ejecución de los cursos ofertados. Al brindar apoyo en la gestión con las alcaldías se logró establecer una relación entre la Unidad de Interacción Social Universitaria y las entidades gubernamentales. Al registrar información en un archivo Excel se pudo mejorar la gestión y seguimiento de las actividades desarrolladas por la oficina. The general objective is to provide logistical and administrative support to the activities of the university social interaction area. By collaborating with the planning process, efficiency and effectiveness were improved in the execution of the courses offered. By providing support in management with the municipalities, a relationship was established between the University Social Interaction Unit and government entities.
