La Universidad de Cundinamarca actualmente se encuentra certificada bajo la NTC ISO 9001 versión 2015, renovada en la vigencia 2020; que asegura el cumplimiento del ciclo PHVA (planear, hacer, verificar, actuar) teniendo en cuenta que el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad se encuentra trabajando en pro del mejoramiento continuo desde cada una de las áreas de la institución en sus diferentes sedes, seccionales y extensiones. Por tal razón fue necesario el apoyo de un pasante con enfoque administrativo que con sus actitudes y conocimientos aportara al desarrollo de las actividades de la Oficina de Calidad dirigido a la estructuración documental, consolidación de documentos estratégicos y cada uno de los numerales aplicables de la norma; dicho lo anterior, se inicia el proceso de pasantía a finales del IPA 2022 y en la totalidad del IIPA 2022. ABSTRACT: The University of Cundinamarca is currently certified under NTC ISO 9001 version 2015, renewed for 2020; which ensures compliance with the PHVA cycle (plan, do, verify, act) taking into account that the Quality Management System is working towards continuous improvement from each of the areas of the institution in its different headquarters, sectional and extensions. For this reason, it was necessary the support of an intern with an administrative approach who, with his attitudes and knowledge, will contribute to the development of the activities of the Quality Office aimed at document structuring, consolidation of strategic documents and each of the applicable numerals of the standard; Having said the above, the internship process begins at the end of IPA 2022 and throughout IIPA 2022.
