En el presente trabajo se muestra el desarrollo de un software, que tiene por objeto llevar un control de la entrega de turno que hace cada médico del área de urgencias y se realiza un análisis de minería de datos sobre la población que acude a dicha área en el Hospital San Antonio de Arbeláez Cundinamarca. Para ello se utilizaron diferentes herramientas como Framework de Laravel, Gestor de bases de datos SQL Server, Lenguaje de programación Php para lograr un correcto funcionamiento de todos los procesos que realiza el software, como el generar el reporte de entrega de turno en formatos Pdf y Excel. Además, se realizaron análisis de minería de datos a través de QlikView, QlikSense y el modelo OLAP los cuales arrojaron diferentes resultados, entre ellos, que la enfermedad más presentada por parte de los usuarios que acuden a urgencias son los dolores abdominales. Los procesos realizados llevaron a obtener un software autosuficiente y efectivo para el proceso de entregas de turno del hospital, además de esto los análisis de minería permitió conocer más a fondo el tipo y características de la población que acude a este servicio. ABSTRACT In the present work the development of a software is shown, which aims to keep track of the shift delivery made by each doctor in the emergency area and a data mining analysis is performed on the population that goes to this area in the San Antonio of Arbeláez Cundinamarca Hospital. For this, different tools were used such as Laravel Framework, SQL Server Database Manager, Php Programming Language to achieve a correct operation of all the processes carried out by the software,as the generate the report of delivery of shift in Pdf and Excel formats. In addition, data mining analyzes were conducted through QlikView, QlikSense and the OLAP model, which yielded different results, among them, that the most presented disease by the users who come to the emergency room are the abdominal pains. The processes carried out led to obtain a self-sufficient and effective software for the delivery process of the hospital shift, in addition to this the mining analysis allowed to know more thoroughly the type and characteristics of the population that goes to this service.
