RESUMEN: En el desarrollo de la investigación del macro-proyecto CARD en la Universidad de Cundinamarca, se establece las incendias del modelo pedagógico basado en juegos y formas jugadas en niños 9 a 13 años del municipio de Fusagasugá durante el II-2017. Esta fase del proyecto se estructura con base en medidas antropométricas, condición física, técnico motriz y marco psicosocial de los niños participantes para la disciplina de patinaje de carreras. Además se elabora una caracterización pedagógica teniendo como referente ciertas habilidades docentes, el fin de analizar a los investigadores auxiliares del CARD. El presente estudio tiene un enfoque mixto que nos provee de información tanto cualitativa como cuantitativa para a partir de esta concretar un conocimiento integral de la información recopilada a lo largo del proceso con los niños y con el grupo en general participante del programa. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se diseña un plan pedagógico de iniciación y formación deportiva basado en juegos y formas jugadas. Este proyecto tiene como propósito superar los enfoques tradicionales en el deporte formativo, logrando generar el gusto y la permanencia frente a la actividad deportiva sin olvidar el fortalecimiento de los aspectos físicos y motrices, por lo tanto el proyecto tiene como finalidad el cohesionar el entrenamiento deportivo con una base sólida de pedagogía que brinden las herramientas a los niños para su desarrollo como un ser integral compuesto por un cuerpo, un sentir y un pensar que funcionen de manera armonica. ABSTRACT: In the development of the CARD macro-project research at the University of Cundinamarca, set the fires of the pedagogical model based on games and forms played in children 9 to 13 years of the municipality of Fusagasugá during the II-2017. This phase of the project is structured based on measures anthropometric, physical condition, motor technique and psychosocial framework of children participants for the discipline of racing skating. In addition, a pedagogical characterization having as reference certain teaching skills, in order to analyze the auxiliary researchers of CARD. The present study has a mixed approach that provides us with information both qualitative as quantitative so as to concretize knowledge of the information gathered throughout the process with the children and with the group in general participant of the program. Taking into account the above, designs a pedagogical plan of initiation and sports training based on games and forms played. This project aims to overcome the approaches traditional in the training sport, managing to generate the taste and permanence in front of the sporting activity without forgetting the strengthening of the physical aspects and motrices, therefore the project aims to unite the sports training with a solid foundation of pedagogy that provide the tools to children for their development as an integral being composed of a body, a feeling and a thought that work in a harmonic way.
