Se llevó a cabo un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un consultorio de fisioterapia en el municipio de Facatativá. Este estudio se basó en una investigación mixta que incluye observación, análisis de encuestas y estadísticas. Con el objetivo de obtener una buena orientación del proceso, se identificó un problema previo que, durante los últimos años, el municipio de Facatativá no ha logrado satisfacer la demanda de servicios de fisioterapia necesarios. Esta situación se evidenció a través de una encuesta realizada a personas que asisten al Hospital San Rafael, donde se identificaron deficiencias en los servicios, como demoras en la atención y la necesidad de desplazarse a otros municipios, lo cual implica mayores costos. Por tanto, se procede a evaluar la Factibilidad de la creación de un consultorio de fisioterapia en Facatativá. Para ello, se plantean un objetivo específico y tres generales, apoyados en estudios financieros, de mercadotecnia y del entorno. Se utiliza el análisis FODA y se investiga sobre competidores, clientes potenciales y la mejor ubicación para el consultorio. También se analizan aspectos como precios, préstamos, insumos y todos los recursos necesarios para brindar una mejor atención. El objetivo final es determinar si es factible o no establecer el consultorio de fisioterapia en el municipio de Facatativá. A feasibility study was carried out for the creation of a physiotherapy office in the municipality of Facatativá. This study was based on a mixed research that includes observation, survey analysis and statistics. With the aim of obtaining a good orientation of the process, a previous problem was identified that, during recent years, the municipality of Facatativá has not been able to satisfy the demand for necessary physiotherapy services. This situation was evidenced through a survey conducted among people who attend the San Rafael Hospital, where deficiencies in services were identified, such as delays in care and the need to travel to other municipalities, which implies higher costs. Therefore, we proceed to evaluate the feasibility of creating a physiotherapy office in Facatativá. To achieve this, one specific and three general objectives are proposed, supported by financial, marketing and environmental studies. SWOT analysis is used and research is carried out on competitors, potential clients and the best location for the office. Aspects such as prices, loans, supplies and all the resources necessary to provide better care are also analyzed. The final objective is to determine whether or not it is feasible to establish the physiotherapy office in the municipality of Facatativá.
