Item Análisis para la exportación de uchuva (Physalis peruviana L.) considerando el mercado europeo(2023-02-17) Rocha Párraga, Adriana Liseth; Ortiz Duran, DanuilResumen Este trabajo plantea todos los aspectos que se pueden tener presentes para llevar a cabo la exportación de uchuva (Physalis peruviana) hacia la Unión Europea, teniendo en cuenta los regímenes legales, certificados, finalizando con la exportación y todos sus requerimientos que se deben cumplir a la hora de comercializar este producto agrícola internacionalmente (Europa). El objetivo principal de este documento es ejecutar un análisis, desde el ámbito logístico, legal y comercial, que permita ser de gran utilidad para el sistema exportador; en primera instancia para las personas que deseen un nuevo o mayor conocimiento sobre el tema, y de esta forma tener la oportunidad de restablecer la entrada a Europa con esta fruta de gran impacto. Abstract This work raises all the aspects that can be taken into account to carry out the export of cape gooseberry (Physalis peruviana) to the European Union, taking into account the legal regimes, certificates, ending with the export and all its requirements that must be taken into account when marketing this agricultural product internationally (Europe). The main objective of this document is to carry out an analysis, from the logistic, legal and commercial point of view, that allows to be of great utility for the exporting system; in first instance for the people who wish a new or greater knowledge on the subject, in order to have the opportunity to reestablish the entrance to Europe with this fruit of great impact.
