Análisis del proyecto de ley que reforma la revisoría fiscal presentado en julio del año 2022

La revisoría fiscal cumple funciones muy importantes, ya que es un ente fiscalizador y da un dictamen en base a su juicio profesional respecto a los estados financieros de la entidad, los cuales se deben ajustar a la normatividad vigente y las demás disposiciones legales, pero se han presentado diferentes problemáticas que han afectado la imagen pública de esta institución, además, las sociedades están en constante cambio con el fin de adoptar un ambiente tecnológico más desarrollado, pero le han impuesto más funciones y responsabilidades a este profesional. Por ende, en el año 2022 se presentó un proyecto de ley que reforma la revisoría fiscal, es así que este articulo realiza una revisión documental y analiza los cambios que se presentan en las funciones, los deberes del revisor fiscal, el contenido del informe y la calidad del profesional y posteriormente se propone un perfil profesional que cumple con los requisitos para ejercer esta institución. Para esto se implementa una investigación descriptiva, con un enfoque cualitativo y se realiza una entrevista para la solución del tercer objetivo. Asimismo, se observa que el proyecto de ley de estudiado es una compilación de la normatividad vigente, en el que el profesional debe tener especializaciones y experiencia contable para así poder ejercer, sin embargo, es un proceso de que aún requiere mejoras. The statutory auditor fulfills very important functions, since it is an auditing entity and gives an opinion based on its professional judgment regarding the financial statements of the entity, which must be adjusted to the current regulations and other legal provisions, but there have been different problems that have affected the public image of this institution, in addition, companies are constantly changing in order to adopt a more developed technological environment, but have imposed more functions and responsibilities to this professional. Therefore, in the year 2022 a bill was presented to reform the statutory auditor's office, so this article conducts a documentary review and analyzes the changes that are presented in the functions, duties of the statutory auditor, the content of the report and the quality of the professional and then proposes a professional profile that meets the requirements to exercise this institution. For this purpose, a descriptive research is implemented, with a qualitative approach and an interview is conducted for the solution of the third objective. Likewise, it is observed that the draft law under study is a compilation of the current regulations, in which the professional must have specializations and accounting experience to be able to practice, however, it is a process that still requires improvement
