Item EFECTOS DE LOS CAMBIOS EN EL IMPUESTO AL PATRIMONIO PRESENTADOS EN LA NUEVA REFORMA TRIBUTARIA AÑO 2022(2023-11-20) Olaya Suarez, Laura StefaniaEl presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal analizar los efectos que generan los nuevos cambios en el impuesto al patrimonio los cuales han sido articulados a la nueva reforma tributaria presentada por el presidente electo Gustavo Petro 2022-2024. Partiendo desde la Ley 78, de 1935. Que da inicio al recaudo del impuesto al patrimonio y que a lo largo de la historia ha tenido significativos cambios con las diferentes reformas tributarias que han sido presentadas ante el Congreso de la República, generando diversos impactos a la economía de las diferentes clases sociales en el País. The main objective of this article is to analyze the effects generated by the new changes in the wealth tax, which have been articulated to the new tax reform presented by the elected presidentGustavo Petro. Carry out this analysis, a brief summary of the historical background is made from the introduction of law 78, of 1935, in which “The wealth tax” arises for the first time and the changes that have arisen through history. The purpose of this reflective and academic study is to analyze the benefits and harms that cloud arise, and which economic sectors would be affected.
