“Participacion de la mujer en la sostenibilidad financiera de las microempresas de la provincia del sumapaz: caso fusagasugá barrios san fernando y macarena”

RESUMEN:El objetivo de este proyecto es reconocer la participación de la mujer, en el crecimiento de las microempresas. De la misma manera determinar, cual es la causa principal de que ellas no puedan llevar a cabo sus habilidades en los negocios, se puede decir que en muchas ocasiones se convierten en un sueño que nunca se hará realidad. Por otro lado, las mujeres son consideradas como hacendosas y valientes, por ello surge la pregunta cuál es la razón por la que no pueden emprender o crear empresa, será la falta de oportunidades o la falta de reconocimiento. Para responder la pregunta se realizarán entrevistas a mujeres de los barrios san Fernando y macarena del municipio de Fusagasugá, identificando la participación en cuanto a la sostenibilidad de las microempresas y conocer si cuentan con el apoyo de programas que fomenten el emprendimiento de género.ABSTRACT:The objective of this project is to recognize the participation of women, in growth of microenterprises. In the same way determine, what is the main reason that they can not carry out their skills in business, it can be said that many times they become a dream that will never come true. On the other hand, women are considered as industrious and brave, for that reason the question arises which is the reason why they can not start or create a company, it will be the lack of opportunities or lack of recognition. To answer the question Interviews will be conducted with women from the neighborhoods of San Fernando and Macarena of the municipality of Fusagasugá, identifying the participation regarding the sustainability of micro-enterprises and know if they have the support of programs that promote gender entrepreneurship.
