El acceso a la información, control y difusión sobre la misma, son procesos que se realizan a diario en muchas organizaciones, la universidad de Cundinamarca extensión de Facatativá hasta el momento no posee un sistema de información en el área de talento humano que le permita optimizar estos procesos. Se hacen notorios algunos inconvenientes al momento de realizar afiliaciones, informar sobre trámites o tener conocimiento acerca de la información necesaria para cumplir ciertos requisitos en la entidad. Como solución a esta problemática se desarrolló una plataforma web que permita al funcionario encargado del talento humano gestionar toda esta información de tal manera que pueda comunicar a los docentes la documentación que tienen pendiente para sus afiliaciones, procesos que en caso de ser nuevos en la institución deben realizar y que en cualquier momento pueda acceder a información pertinente sobre los mismos para diligenciar diferente documentación solicitada por la universidad. La infraestructura tecnológica para este proyecto se basó en el uso de software libre a través de lenguajes como lo son PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT y bases de datos SQL, con el propósito de facilitar la distribución del código, así como su modificación para posibles mejoras debido a que las herramientas utilizadas pueden ser instaladas en cualquier equipo evitando la dependencia de licencias. Este proyecto busca mejorar la productividad en el área de recursos humanos de forma que se eviten inconvenientes legales que perjudican tanto a la universidad, como a profesores y encargados, así como también poder extender este proyecto a las demás extensiones y sede principal de la universidad. As a solution to this problem, a web platform was developed that allows the official in charge of human talent to manage all this information in such a way that he can communicate to the teachers the documentation that they have pending for their affiliations, processes that in case of being new in the institution they must carry out and at any time be able to access pertinent information about them to fill out different documentation requested by the university. The technological infrastructure for this project was based on the use of free software through languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and SQL databases, in order to facilitate the distribution of the code, as well as its modification for possible improvements because the tools used can be installed on any computer avoiding the dependence of licenses. This project seeks to improve productivity in the area of human resources so as to avoid legal inconveniences that harm both the university, teachers and managers, as well as being able to extend this project to the other extensions and main headquarters of the university.
