Con el constante avance y crecimiento de la Universidad de Cundinamarca, se ha logrado la adquisición de espacios que permiten el desarrollo de diferentes disciplinas deportivas, actividades estudiantiles y de proyección social; el aprovechamiento de dichos espacios permite que entes administrativos faciliten el préstamo y uso de las instalaciones para la comunidad estudiantil, los clubes deportivos y la comunidad fusagasugüeña y sus alrededores. Sin embargo, es importante resaltar que la aplicación de procesos administrativos y organizacionales es parte fundamental para el buen funcionamiento del centro deportivo. La creación del Centro Académico Deportivo (CAD), tiene como finalidad “la práctica de la actividad física y el deporte como un instrumento educativo que desarrolla actividades a la medida, que atiende los propósitos de cada participante, integrando y respetando la diversidad y la inclusión, ayudando de esta manera a consolidar óptimos resultados competitivos, hábitos deportivos y de salud”. With the constant advance and growth of the University of Cundinamarca, there has been achieved the acquisition of spaces that allow the development of different sports disciplines, student activities and of social projection; the use of the above mentioned spaces allows that administrative entities should facilitate the loan and use of the facilities for the student community, the sports clubes and the community fusagasugüeña and his surroundings. Nevertheless, it is important to highlight that the application of administrative processes and organizacionales is a fundamental part for the good functioning of the sports center. The creation of the Academic Sports Center (CAD), it has as purpose “the practice of the physical activity and the sport as an educational instrument that develops activities to the measurement, that attends to the intentions of every participant, integrating and respecting the diversity and the inclusion, helping to consolidate this way ideal competitive results, sports habits and of health”.
