Apoyo contable y administrativo a los procesos de recaudo fiscal en la secretaria de hacienda del municipio de facatativá

Este trabajo de grado busca prestar apoyo a la Secretaría de Hacienda en el área de Industria y Comercio, en la parte contable y administrativa de los procesos de recaudo del mismo impuesto, el debido tratamiento de información para depurar cada componente de este impuesto; cruzar la información de los impuestos territoriales con que tiene referencia el Impuesto de Industria y Comercio según el requerimiento que realiza el Asesor tributario, donde analiza cada caso en particular para que al contribuyente le llegue la respuesta indicada y sepa que hacer conforme al requerimiento y por supuesto quedar a paz y salvo con la Administración Municipal en este caso la Secretaría de Hacienda; Participar del proceso de logística de las actividades que realiza la Secretaría de Hacienda de Facatativá donde brinda al Contribuyente de Facatativá, la información que requiere en asunto de tributos Municipales y sus cambios a la fecha 2019, además la actividad de rendición de cuentas a niños, niñas y adolescentes haciéndolos parte de la transparencia y socialización de la labor hecha durante los últimos años; se participó del proceso de la conciliación bancaria de las cuentas de recaudo en los bancos del municipio de Facatativá verificando lo informado por el banco mediante el extracto bancario versus lo registrado en el Programa Contable SINFA de la Secretaría de Facatativá. ABSTRACT This degree work seeks to provide support to the Ministry of Finance in the area of Industry and Commerce, in the accounting and administrative part of the collection processes of the same tax, due treatment of information to debug each component of this tax; cross the information of the territorial taxes with which the Industry and Commerce Tax has reference according to the requirement made by the Tax Advisor, where it analyzes each particular case so that the taxpayer receives the indicated response and knows what to do according to the requirement and by supposed to be at peace and safe with the Municipal Administration in this case the Ministry of Finance; Participate in the logistics process of the activities carried out by the Ministry of Finance of Facatativá where it provides the Facatativá Taxpayer, the information required in the matter of Municipal Taxes and their changes as of 2019, in addition to the activity of accountability to children, girls and adolescents making them part of the transparency and socialization of the work done during the last years; participated in the process of bank reconciliation of collection accounts in the banks of the municipality of Facatativá verifying what was reported by the bank through the bank statement versus what was registered in the SINFA Accounting Program of the Facatativá Secretariat.
