RESUMEN: El presente estudio apunto a dar respuestas al siguiente interrogante ¿Cuál es el impacto que genera la construcción de condominios en el sector turístico del Municipio de Ricaurte Cundinamarca? Para ello se planteó el siguiente bjetivo: Analizar e identificar cuál es el impactó que genera la construcción que genera la construcción de condominios en el sector turístico del Municipio de Ricaurte, realizando un diagnóstico de los elementos necesarios para el crecimiento turístico que se efectuará, a fin de mejorar el producto turístico que tiene el municipio y hacerlo más competitivo en el mercado. Para ello se seguirán los siguientes pasos: -Aplicar encuestas para definir que saben los pobladores y turistas acerca del proyecto que se está realizando en el municipio, - Recopilar datos acerca de los condiminios para saber a ciencia cierta, cual será aproximadamente la población y como generara las medidas necesarias para que el cambio no sea drástico. - En el acuerdo 010 de 2016-2019 de Ricaurte, se adquiere una Matriz DOFA, donde se observa que el municipio debe enfrentarse a nuevos retos, que ameriten una planeación plena para adquirir resultados óptimos. ABSTRAC: The present study aims to give answers to the following question: What is the impact generated by the construction of condominiums in the tourist sector of the Municipality of Ricaurte Cundianarmarca? To this end, the following objective was proposed: To analyzed and identify the impact of the construction of condominiums in the tourist sector of the Municipality of Ricaurte, making a diagnosis of the necessary elements for tourism growth to be carried out, in order to improve the tourism product that has he municipality and make it more competitive in the market. To do this, the following steps be taken, - To carry out surveys to define what the villagers and tourists know about the project being carried out in the municipality -Collect data about the condiminiums to kno for certain ¿, which will be approximately the population and how will generate the necessary measures so that the change is not drastic, -in agreement 010 of 2016-2019 of Ricaurte a DOFA Matrix is acquired , where it isobserved that the municipality must face new challenges, that merit a full planning to acquire Results.
