Concentraciones de pm2.5 presentes en el aire de las plazas urbanas y bosque de ciudad Victoria, México.

En este estudio se determinó las concentraciones del material particulado (PM2.5) en cuatro plazas y un boque urbano de Ciudad Victoria, en un periodo de tiempo entre Marzo y Abril de 2019. Se hizo un análisis estadístico de las concentraciones de PM2.5 en la Plaza Hidalgo, Abasolo, Paseo Méndez y Juárez en comparación con el Bosque Urbano. Se tuvieron en cuenta variables meteorológicas como la humedad relativa y temperatura en relación con las concentraciones de PM2.5 donde no existe ninguna correlación. En los resultados obtenidos estadísticamente existe una diferencia significativa entre las plazas y el bosque urbano, debido al promedio de concentraciones para cada plaza: Hidalgo 6,91 µg/m3, Juárez 5,52 µg/m3, Paseo Méndez 4,33 µg/m3, Abasolo 8,36 µg/m3 y Bosque Urbano 4,35 µg/m3. Estos promedios se compararon con el ICA para PM2.5 de la norma oficial mexicana de calidad de aire donde ninguna plaza sobrepaso el límite permisible, al igual que el bosque urbano. Se observó que el promedio de concentración más alto tanto para las plazas como el bosque urbano se da en horas de la mañana debido al tráfico constante. ABSTRACT: In this study, the concentrations of the particulate material (PM2.5) in four places and an urban city of Victoria were determined, in a period of time between March and April 2019. A statistical analysis of the concentrations of PM2.5 was made. in the Plaza Hidalgo, Abasolo, Paseo Méndez and Juárez compared to the Urban Forest. Meteorological variables such as relative humidity and temperature were taken into account in relation to PM2.5 concentrations where there is no correlation. In the results obtained statistically there is a significant difference between the squares and the urban forest, due to the average concentrations for each square: Hidalgo 6.91 µg / m3, Juárez 5.52 µg / m3, Paseo Méndez 4.33 µg / m3 , Abasolo 8.36 µg / m3 and Urban Forest 4.35 µg / m3. These averages were compared with the ICA for PM2.5 of the official Mexican air quality standard where no place exceeded the permissible limit, as did the urban forest. It was observed that the highest average concentration for both the squares and the urban forest occurs in the morning hours due to constant traffic.
