Item Plan de Negocios para la Creación de una Empresa Ecoturística en la Vereda Sabaneta del Municipio de San Francisco Cundinamarca(2021-10-20) Mican Sierra, Luz AidaEl objetivo principal del presente Plan de Negocios es la Creación de una Empresa Ecoturística en la Vereda Sabaneta del Municipio de San Francisco Cundinamarca, se ha desarrollado con la finalidad de aprovechar la oportunidad de turismo ecológico, gracias a la riqueza natural de la zona y a la cercanía a la Ciudad de Bogotá. Dando cabida a este punto se describió cada uno de los procesos necesarios para llevar a cabo la puesta en marcha del proyecto. Se establecieron cada uno de los objetivos que son esenciales para la creación del plan de negocios, integrando así los respectivos estudios de mercado, operativo, administrativo y legal, complementando con el plan de manejo ambiental y un análisis financiero que determinen la viabilidad del plan de negocio con una proyección positiva a futuro. ABSTRACT The main objective of this Business Plan is the Creation of an Ecotourism Company in the Sabaneta Village of the Municipality of San Francisco Cundinamarca, it has been developed with the aim of taking advantage of the opportunity of ecological tourism, thanks to the natural wealth of the area and the proximity to the City of Bogota. Accommodating this point, each of the processes necessary to carry out the implementation of the project was described. Each of the objectives that are essential for the creation of the business plan were established, thus integrating the respective market, operational, administrative and legal studies, complementing the environmental management plan and a financial analysis that determines the viability of the business plan with a positive projection to the future.
