Item Diseño E Implementación De La Estructura Organizacional Y Presupuestal A La Empresa Laura Ariza Castillo “Santamaría Publicity”(2020-09-30) Mendoza Ariza, Diana MarcelaAl ejecutarse este proyecto se pretende mostrar a la empresa objeto de estudio la situación actual de sus procesos organizacionales y presupuestales, y como estos pueden evitar una evolución positiva de la misma. Para identificar la situación se realizarán al interior de la empresa LAURA ARIZA CASTILLO ‘’SANTAMARIA PUBLICITY’’ actividades como lo son desde la observación directa hasta encuestas y entrevistas. El resultado obtenido en las actividades descritas será entregado a la empresa para su consideración en la implementación de la estructura organizacional y presupuestal. Durante el desarrollo del proyecto se evidenciaran diferentes etapas con su respectivo paso a paso esta será la información inicial para realizar un diagnóstico el cual nos permita conocer la situación actual de la empresa, teniendo claro los puntos a mejorar se procederá con la presentación de la propuesta del diseño e implementación de la estructura organizacional y presupuestal, y posteriormente desarrollar dicha propuesta obteniendo como resultado el mejoramiento en el desarrollo de su actividad económica, productividad, rentabilidad, eficiencia y eficacia. ABSTRACT When executing this project, it is intended to show the company under study the current situation of its organizational and budgetary processes, and how they can avoid a positive evolution of it. To identify the situation will be carried out within the company LAURA ARIZA CASTILLO "PUBLICIDAD SANTAMARIA", activities such as from direct observation to surveys and interviews. The result obtained in the activities described will be delivered to the company for evaluation in the implementation of the organizational and budgetary structure. During the development of the project different stages will be evidenced with their respective step by step this will be the initial information to make a diagnosis which will allow us to know the current situation of the company, having clear the points to improve will proceed with the presentation of the proposal of the design and implementation of the organizational and budgetary structure, and subsequently developed said proposal, resulting in the improvement in the development of its economic activity, productivity, profitability, efficiency and effectiveness
