Vinculación Y Pautas De Autonomía En La Experiencia De Una Persona Diagnosticada Con Obesidad: En Un Contexto Clínico

La presente Investigación/Intervención se genera desde una metodología cualitativa de segundo orden, basada en la implementación de escenarios conversacionales reflexivos con un interés metodológico de orden crítico social, con el objetivo de comprender la vinculación entre una persona diagnosticada con obesidad, su familia y sistemas de interacción bajo el propósito de favorecer pautas de autonomía. El estudio de los resultados obtenidos se desarrolló a través de matrices de análisis a nivel descriptivo (Auto/Heterorreferencial) e interpretativo (Operadores temporo-espaciales del vínculo: mito, rito y episteme), permitiendo el reconocimiento de las narrativas textuales referidas por la participante frente a su experiencia significativa desde el fenómeno de interés, resaltando como conclusiones representativas: la pauta vincular entre los sistemas de interacción y la participante, se organiza bajo el establecimiento del diagnóstico de obesidad, además es notorio como los discursos dan cuenta de la emergencia de nuevos ritos y mitos reconfigurados en el favorecimiento del proceso autónomo de la participante. Abstract This Research / Intervention is generated from a qualitative of second-order methodology, based on the implementation of reflective conversational scenarios with a methodological interest of a social critical order, with the aim of understanding the link between a person diagnosed with obesity, his family and systems of interaction with the purpose of favoring autonomy patterns. The study of the results obtained was developed through analysis matrices at descriptive (Auto / Heteroreferential) and interpretive levels (Temporo-spatial operators of the link: myth, rite and episteme), allowing the recognition of textual narratives referred by the participant in the face of his significant experience from the phenomenon of interest, highlighting as representative conclusions: the pattern linking between the interaction systems and the participant, is organized under the establishment of the diagnosis of obesity, it is also notorious as the speeches realize the emergence of new rites and myths reconfigured in favor of the participant's autónomos process
