El propósito del siguiente trabajo investigativo es el de analizar la realidad sociocultural de la comunidad migrante venezolana residente en la comuna centro de Fusagasugá, poder reconocer y analizar las actividades laborales que esta comunidad dinamiza específicamente en los barrios Olaya y Potosí. Para poder cumplir con el propósito del trabajo fue preciso hacer un rastreo y seguimiento documental temático muy particularizado, que conllevo al sistemático trabajo de campo mediante la observación directa y participante, además de las encuestas, las entrevistas y las historias de vida en seguimiento del método de triangulación para dar sentido a todo lo investigado y al cómo se llevó a cabo la investigación para registrar asertivamente la información obtenida. El trabajo se divide en tres partes, en el primero se expone toda la problemática de la investigación y conjuntamente se trazan los objetivos de la realidad social estudiada, así mismo se evidencia justificadamente por qué se maneja esta nueva línea de trabajo investigativo. La segunda parte comprende la selección de fuentes documentales que apoyan la investigación y el inicio del trabajo de campo. por último, queda el análisis de lo recolectado en campo, específicamente en los barrios Olaya y Potosí en conjunto con las conclusiones del trabajo y las evidencias bibliográficas y anexos. The purpose of the following investigative work is to analyze the sociocultural reality of the Venezuelan migrant community residing in the central commune of Fusagasugá, to be able to recognize and analyze the work activities that this community specifically promotes in the Olaya and Potosí neighborhoods. In order to fulfill the purpose of the work, it was necessary to carry out a very particular thematic documentary tracking and monitoring, which led to systematic field work through direct and participant observation, in addition to surveys, interviews and life stories in monitoring of the method. of triangulation to make sense of everything investigated and how the investigation was carried out to assertively record the information obtained. The work is divided into three parts, in the first one all the research problems are exposed and jointly the objectives of the studied social reality are outlined, likewise it is justifiably evidenced why this new line of investigative work is handled. The second part includes the selection of documentary sources that support the investigation and the beginning of the field work. Finally, there is the analysis of what was collected in the field, specifically in the Olaya and Potosí neighborhoods together with the conclusions of the work and the bibliographic evidence and annexes.
