Resumen El presente trabajo plantea la estructuración de una propuesta de plan de marketing para ofrecer afiliación al sistema de seguridad social a la población laboral informal del sector Madrid -Cundinamarca, realizada a través de la empresa GJ ASESORES CONSULTORES; lo anterior promoverá el registro de un número importante de personas que laboran informalmente en este sector y se traducirá en un mayor nivel de rentabilidad para la empresa. Presentada esta propuesta, y vistas todas las posibilidades que trae consigo, se ejecuta para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos, el objetivo general es diseñar una propuesta de plan de marketing para afiliación y aportes a seguridad social de trabajadores informales por medio de GJ asesores consultores del municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca, es un estudio de tipo descriptivo con enfoque mixto, los resultados establecen que la mayoría de los trabajadores informales de la zona en estudio no están afiliados a la seguridad social, por lo que se puede concluir que propuestas como estas les permiten acceder a la información necesaria sobre el tema y aprovechar estrategias económicas como la que plantea esta propuesta. Summary This paper proposes the structuring of a marketing plan proposal to offer affiliation to the social security system to the informal working population of the Madrid-Cundinamarca sector, carried out through the company GJ ASESORES CONSULTORES; This will promote the registration of a significant number of people who work informally in this sector and will translate into a higher level of profitability for the company. Once this proposal has been presented, and considering all the possibilities it brings with it, it is executed to achieve the proposed objectives, the general objective is to design a marketing plan proposal for affiliation and contributions to social security of informal workers through GJ advisory consultants of the municipality of Madrid Cundinamarca, is a descriptive study with a mixed approach, the results establish that the majority of informal workers in the area under study are not affiliated with social security, so it can be concluded that proposals like these allow them to access to the necessary information on the subject and to take advantage of
