Seguimiento de la cadena de valor del tomate de arbol (solanum betaceum) en el municipio de silvania

El seguimiento a la cadena de valor de tomate de árbol en el municipio de Silvania, involucra inicialmente una búsqueda de cadenas de valor a nivel departamental y nacional (Colombia) y su estado actual, de igual forma se define el estado de la cadena productiva generando estrategias de competitividad que aporten para su desarrollo y el de los productores en el municipio de Silvania, además, se plasman los eslabones que componen la cadena de valor y los actores que intervienen iniciando por la producción donde interviene la propagación de semilla y el proceso productivo; transformación de producto; comercialización donde se encuentra un proceso interno con intermediarios y establecimientos comerciales y proceso externo con exportaciones; finalmente, consumidor final y con esto para generar un mayor aporte se realiza el fortalecimiento de la cadena de valor de Tomate de árbol en el municipio de Silvania por medio de sus productores con criterios de asociatividad a través de capacitaciones apoyadas por el CITGO (Centro de innovación tecnológica y gestión organizacional) y la Universidad de Cundinamarca. Abstract: The follow-up to the chain of value of tomato of tree in Silvania municipality, involves initially a search of chains of value to departmental and national level (Colombia) and his current condition, of equal form there is defined the state of the productive chain generating strategies of competitiveness that reach for his development and that of the producers of Silvania municipality, in addition, there take form the links that compose the chain of value and the actors who intervene initiating for the production where it controls the spread of seed and the productive process; transformation of product; commercialization where one finds an internal process with intermediaries and commercial establishments and external process with exports; finally, final consumer and with this to generate a major contribution realizes the strengthening of the chain of value of Tomato of tree in Silvania municipality by means of his producers with criteria of asociatividad across trainings supported by the CITGO (Center of technological innovation and management organizational) and Cundinamarca's University.
