Análisis situacional de emprendimiento en la vereda leticia municipio de Agua de Dios, Cundinamarca, año 2021

Este trabajo se enfoca en un análisis de las diferentes situaciones que conviven en los habitantes de la vereda Leticia del municipio de Agua de Dios, con el fin de determinar el proceso que se lleva a cabo en cuanto al emprendimiento e identificar los factores que lo impulsan y favorecen. emprender o hacerlo imposible. Asimismo, se buscarán soluciones o alternativas para mejorar o fomentar el emprendimiento en la población objeto de estudio de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos. Utilizando instrumentos como el Índice de Condiciones Sistemáticas para el Emprendimiento Dinámico, que permite identificar aspectos positivos y negativos de los sectores donde se realiza el emprendimiento, además de encuestas y entrevistas, se realiza un análisis descriptivo del entorno económico y social del sector. teniendo en cuenta su capital humano y los factores que promueven o inhiben el desarrollo del emprendimiento. Los análisis realizados muestran que la población tiene un bajo índice de comercio, fluctuación de extranjeros y turismo, no existe un proyecto productivo, los habitantes no tienen conocimientos de emprendimiento y desconocen las normas con las que pueden obtener ayuda y asesoría para la desarrollo de nuevos proyectos productivos, ni cuentan con el apoyo de entidades municipales o gubernamentales para impulsarlo. Asimismo, la falta de información sobre los programas y organismos gubernamentales y privados de planificación, desarrollo y financiamiento conduce a una disminución en la formación de nuevas empresas. Finalmente, se proponen soluciones como negociaciones con bancos e instituciones que favorezcan y promuevan nuevos proyectos emprendedores. This work is focused on an analysis of the different situations coexisting in the inhabitants of the village of Leticia in the municipality of Agua de Dios, in order to determine the process that takes place in terms of entrepreneurship and to identify the factors that promote and favor entrepreneurship or make it impossible. Likewise, solutions or alternatives will be sought to improve or promote entrepreneurship in the population under study according to the results obtained. Using instruments such as the Index of Systematic Conditions for Dynamic Entrepreneurship, which allows identifying positive and negative aspects of the sectors where entrepreneurship is carried out, in addition to surveys and interviews, a descriptive analysis of the economic and social environment of the sector is carried out, taking into account its human capital and the factors that promote or inhibit the development of entrepreneurship. The analyses carried out show that the population has a low rate of commerce, fluctuation of foreigners and tourism, there is no productive project, the inhabitants have no knowledge of entrepreneurship and are unaware of the regulations with which they can obtain help and advice for the development of new productive projects, nor do they have the support of municipal or governmental entities to promote it. Likewise, the lack of information regarding governmental and private planning, development and financing programs and agencies leads to a decrease in the formation of new enterprises. Finally, solutions are proposed such as negotiations with banks and institutions that favor and promote new entrepreneurial projects.
