Este proyecto fue elaborado con el objetivo de estudiar la viabilidad para la creación y promoción de un gimnasio en la ciudad de Girardot, el cual motive la práctica deportiva en el municipio, Girardot actualmente no cuenta con un espacio de acondicionamiento físico que ofrezca todo un servicio integrado con las características de poder trabajar en un sitio cerrado y a la vez al aire libre. Para llevarlo a cabo se realizó una investigación que permitiera conocer la necesidad del mercado objetivo, la disposición a la práctica deportiva y las razones o los motivos más importantes por los que irían al gimnasio. Para poder llevar a cabo la investigación se siguieron los pasos de todo proyecto; contextualización del problema de investigación, estudio de mercado, estudio técnico, estudio organizacional y legal, estudio financiero. Por medio de los cuales se describe el proceso, se establecen los equipos, tecnología y espacio necesario para el funcionamiento, se determinó el modelo organizacional a seguir y los requisitos legales necesarios para la constitución de la empresa y por último se demuestra su viabilidad financiera. Gracias a toda esta investigación se logra establecer que, la creación de un gimnasio en la ciudad de Girardot es un proyecto con un alto porcentaje de aceptación y rentabilidad, logrando así el éxito de la empresa. This project was developed with the aim of studying the feasibility for the creation and promotion of a gym in the city of Girardot, which encourages sports practice in the municipality, Girardot currently does not have a physical conditioning space that offers a whole service integrated with the characteristics of being able to work both indoors and outdoors. To carry it out, an investigation was carried out that allowed to know the need of the target market, the willingness to practice sports and the reasons or the most important reasons why they would go to the gym. In order to carry out the research, the steps of every project were followed; contextualization of the research problem, market study, technical study, organizational and legal study, financial study. Through which the process is described, the equipment, technology and space necessary for operation are established, the organizational model to follow and the legal requirements necessary for the constitution of the company are determined and finally its financial viability is demonstrated.
