La construcción del informe de desplazamiento forzado de víctimas del conflicto armado de la provincia del Sumapaz “Suma+Paz. Participación de Víctimas en Construcción de Paz desde la Provincia”, confiere a las víctimas su derecho a la participación, conforme a la Ley 1448 de 2011, como un mecanismo de acceso a la justicia entregado a la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP) el 16 de marzo de 2022, es el resultado de la pasantía realizada. El informe presenta los testimonios de personas que sufrieron faltas graves a los Derechos Humanos en el marco del conflicto armado, sus contribuciones son insumos para la justicia transicional en Colombia, que busca reparar los daños causados por el conflicto interno que ha afectado a una gran parte de la sociedad. El documento se enfoca en un análisis sobre la justicia restaurativa, a partir de los relatos obtenidos en las entrevistas para el informe, con el propósito de abordar desde la perspectiva de las víctimas, la reparación y establecer el grado de satisfacción del derecho alcanzado, en contraste con la perspectiva y el deber del Estado. The construction of the report on the forced displacement of victims of the armed conflict in the province of Sumapaz “Suma+Paz. Participation of Victims in Peacebuilding from the Province", grants victims their right to participation, in accordance with Law 1448 of 2011, as a mechanism of access to justice delivered to the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) on March 16, 2022, is the result of the internship carried out. The report presents the testimonies of people who suffered serious violations of Human Rights in the framework of the armed conflict, their contributions are inputs for transitional justice in Colombia, which seeks to repair the damage caused by the internal conflict that has affected a large part of the society. The document focuses on an analysis of restorative justice, based on the reports obtained in the interviews for the report, with the purpose of addressing reparation from the perspective of the victims and establishing the degree of satisfaction of the right achieved, in contrast with the perspective and duty of the State.
