Item Plan de direccionamiento estratégico para la empresa Zuluaga y Soto S.A.S de Bogota - año 2022.(2020-06-14) Leal Ortiz, Juan ManuelEn el marco de planteamiento estratégico propuesto a la empresa ZULUAGA Y SOTO S.A.S en la ciudad de Bogotá, se determinó para el cumplimiento de los objetivos específicos el uso de 6 matrices especificas enfocada a determinar el posicionamiento de la organización dentro de la industria de minimercados en Bogotá (matriz POAM, MPC, 5 FUERZAS DE PORTER, DOFA, MEFE, MEFI, EI). Eventualmente se definirá si en la etapa actual de la empresa ZULUAGA Y SOTO S.A.S., tiene posibilidades de competir tanto directamente como indirectamente con otras empresas, así mismo, la implementación de la herramienta DOFA, diseñada para encontrar la estrategia que unifica las tendencias del medio, las oportunidades presentes en el ambiente y las amenazas posibles que enfrenta la organización, las capacidades internas, sus fortalezas y debilidades a nivel interno serán aplicadas. ASBTRACT: Within the framework of the strategic approach proposed to the company ZULUAGA Y SOTO S.A.S in the city of Bogotá, the use of 6 specific matrices focused on determining the positioning of the organization within the mini-market industry in Bogotá will be extended to fulfill the specific objectives. Bogotá (POAM matrix, MPC, 5 PORTER FORCES, DOFA, MEFE, MEFI, EI). Eventually it will be defined if in the current stage of the company ZULUAGA Y SOTO S.A.S., it has possibilities to compete both directly and indirectly with other companies, likewise, the implementation of the DOFA tool, designed to find the strategy that unifies the trends of the environment, the opportunities present in the environment and the possible threats facing the organization, the internal capacities, its strengths and weaknesses at the internal level will be applied.
