RESUMEN: En un mundo globalizado como el que vivimos actualmente, los cambios se encuentran latentes tanto a nivel personal como general en lo que se refiere a las empresas y por supuesto a la sociedad; esto ha permitido que estemos en constante actualización de temas tecnológicos, sociales, económicos, culturales y otros, mucho más cuando la norma está implícita al ejercer los diferentes procesos de determinadas entidades ya sean comerciales o industriales. La importancia de contar con información clara y oportuna es relevante para conocer tanto las necesidades como los costos en que incurre la entidad al desarrollar su actividad misional y las conexas y complementarias. Por este motivo se realiza un estudio que revele la importancia de un sistema de costos ABC en la empresa de servicios públicos de Silvania, que sirva como herramienta con el fin de mejorar el modelo de verificación de la estructura tarifaria y que a su vez mejore el control de los recursos y las actividades permitiendo que el servicio sobrepase las expectativas del cliente bajo los principios de equidad y justicia y que por ende permitan la sostenibilidad financiera de la misma. ABSTRACT :In a globalized world such as the one we are living in today, the changes are latent both on a personal and general level in terms of companies and of course society; This has allowed us to be constantly updating technological, social, economic, cultural and other issues, much more when the norm is implicit in the exercise of the different processes of certain entities, whether commercial or industrial. The importance of having clear and timely information is relevant to know both the needs and costs incurred by the entity in developing its missionary activity and related and complementary. For this reason, a study is carried out that reveals the importance of an ABC cost system in the Silvania utility, which serves as a tool to improve the verification model of the tariff structure and, in turn, Control of resources and activities allowing the service to exceed the client's expectations under the principles of equity and justice and thus allow the financial sustainability of the same.
