RESUMEN: El presente trabajo trata sobre la problemática que existe en cuanto al tema tributario, específicamente en el momento del recaudo de los tributos, es por ello que cabría preguntarse si se da a razón del desconocimiento de la norma, por supuesto aclarando que el desconocimiento de la misma no exime al ciudadano de la responsabilidad. Teniendo en cuento ello se genera la idea de realizar capacitaciones a las diferentes personas de la región del Sumapaz donde se pueda informar sobre las normas tributarias vigentes y donde ellos tengan la oportunidad de preguntar y aclarar dudas frente a este tema. Sin duda alguna esto afecta de manera positiva al país ya que esto afecta directamente el presupuesto de la nación y por ende el desarrollo socioeconómico del país. Nuestro objetivo principalmente es crear conciencia tributaria en los habitantes y a su vez contribuir con la responsabilidad social que tienen los contadores públicos con la sociedad. ABSTRACT: This paper deals with the problems that exist in terms of the tax issue, specifically at the time of the collection of taxes, that is why one might wonder if it is given by reason of the ignorance of the norm, of course clarifying that the Ignorance of it does not exempt the citizen from responsibility. Taking into account this is generated the idea of training the different people in the region of Sumapaz where you can report on current tax rules and where they have the opportunity to ask and clarify doubts about this issue. Without a doubt this affects the country in a positive way as this directly affects the nation's budget and hence the socioeconomic development of the country. Our main objective is to create tax awareness in the inhabitants and in turn contribute to the social responsibility that public accountants have with society.
