El ciclomontañismo una experiencia significativa universitaria, en la universidad de cundinamarca

El presente articulo presenta los resultados de la investigación "el ciclomontañismo", una experiencia significativa universitaria. en la universidad de Cundinamarca" desarrollado con estudiantes de cuarto, quinto, sexto y séptimo semestre de la Licenciatura en Educación Física sede Fusagasugá-Cundinamarca. Los resultados del estudio permitieron develar todas las experiencias importantes que se dieron, dentro de un contexto a partir de unas acciones realizadas, que le dio sentido a los dos años con el grupo representativo de ciclomontañismo. Las conclusiones de la investigación, señala que se pudo construir una reflexión sobre las experiencias vividas por medio de las entrevistas, donde ellos generaron conciencia sobre su s acciones, sentimientos y emociones, al ser parte del grupo de ciclomontañismo. De esta manera, los integrantes logran una estructuración de sus procesos, dándole una organización para lograr el empoderamiento y liderazgo dentro de otros contextos, generando un sentido de pertenencia de sus conocimientos. ABSTRACT This article presents the results of the investigation "The countain biking, a meaningful experience University, at the University of Cundinamarca" developed with students from fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh semester of the Bachelor´s Degree in Physical Education headquarters Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca. The results of the study allowed to unveil all the important experiences that look place within a context on the basis of some actions, which gave meaning to the two years wit the representative group of mountain biking. The findings of the nvestigation, they point out that it was possible to build a reflection on experiences through interviews, where they generated awareness about their actions, feelings and emotions. to be part of the group of mountain biking. In this way, the members achieve a structuring of their processes. giving an organization to achieve an empowerment and leadership within other contexts, generating a sense of ownership of their Knowledge.
