RESUMEN: Este proyecto consta en un primer momento de la situación actual del instituto municipal de recreación y deportes de Sibaté (IMDERS) y por tanto una breve descripción del municipio de Sibaté, con el objetivo de ubicar al lector. En un segundo momento se hace un recorrido extenso en el planteamiento problema donde introduce a todo lo que se encontró como antecedente a esta situación que es la manera cómo surge la necesidad de crear la propuesta de diseño de la estructura organizacional del IMDERS el cumplimiento del paso a paso de cada uno de los logros a proyectar en la propuesta, así mismo como todo proyecto debe contener una justificación que en este caso dará cuenta del porque es importante este proyecto para una institución municipal como lo es IMDERS, en un tercer momento usted como lector se encontrara con un marco teórico el cual indaga la realidad dentro de un contenido teórico, pero además entender las dinámicas de la realidad actual en una estructura formal como la teoría. Siguiendo la metodología está dividida en tres etapas situación actual del IMDERS, diseño de modelo de referencia del IMDERS, será el carácter como se lograra cumplir los objetivos y la problemática, la condición de esa metodología desencajara unos resultados que en este proyecto los hemos llamado discusión y para finalizar están las conclusiones y bibliografía obteniendo así con todas las características de una propuesta formal, pero más allá garantizando el proceso académico aportando el conocimiento de manera directa a la sociedad. ABSTRACK: This project consists in a first moment of the current situation of the municipal institute of recreation and sports of Sibaté (IMDERS) and therefore a brief description of the municipality of Sibaté, with the objective of locating the reader.
