La presente investigación tiene como finalidad indagar aspectos relevantes del grupo NAF, y hacia la comunidad dirigida que son los contribuyentes y concientizar acerca de la cultura de la tributación para que se tenga responsabilidad acerca de estas obligaciones que la DIAN exige. El NAF siendo así un eje preciso y de apoyo para establecer conocimiento acerca de los tributos que se presentan en Colombia, busca concientizar a todas las personas de que están plenamente actualizadas y al día en sus Registros únicos tributarios (RUT), por eso conlleva procesos de autogestión tanto virtual como presencial y con ayuda de funcionario para la resolución de este. The purpose of this investigation is to investigate relevant aspects of the NAF group, and towards the targeted community that is the taxpayers, and to raise awareness about the culture of taxation so that there is responsibility regarding these obligations that the DIAN requires. The NAF, thus being a precise and supportive axis to establish knowledge about the taxes that are presented in Colombia, seeks to make all people aware that they are fully updated and up to date in their unique tax records (RUT), which is why it entails processes selfmanagement, both virtual and in-person, and with the help of an official to resolve it.
