Reestructuración Organizacional Del Club Deport

El club deportivo Bluemartin FC es un organismo deportivo de derecho privado, sin ánimo de lucro, constituido por afiliados mayoritariamente deportistas, con el fin de fomentar y patrocinar la práctica del deporte del FUTBOL, la recreación y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre e impulsar programas de interés público y social. Se toma esta institución con el objetivo de realizar una reestructuración organizacional a través del diagnóstico elaborado con la herramienta del CITGO (centro de Innovación Tecnológica y Organizacional, de la Universidad de Cundinamarca. A través de los hallazgos revelados en el diagnostico se identifican las áreas críticas y débiles de la organización para lo cual se diseña un plan de acción con el fin de aplicar actividades de mejoramiento. Al aplicarse el plan, se logra realizar una intervención en las áreas administrativa y organizacional, comercial, productiva, financiera, económica, política y en los eslabones de competidores y clientes, con muy buenos resultados. En la valoración de los resultados se evidencia una reestructuración ya que se aumentaron significativamente los ingresos, se aumentaron las matrículas y reactivación de jugadores, se generó la apertura de nuevas categorías, se contrataron más entrenadores, lo que permitió mantener estable la organización y mejorar su escalabilidad. The Bluemartin FC sports club is a non-profit private law sports organization, made up of members, mainly athletes, in order to promote and sponsor the practice of the sport of FOOTBALL, recreation and the use of free time and promote programs of public and social interest. This institution is taken with the objective of carrying out an organizational restructuring through the diagnosis made with the CITGO tool (Center for Technological and Organizational Innovation, of the University of Cundinamarca. Through the findings revealed in the diagnosis, the critical and weak areas of the organization are identified for which an action plan is designed in order to apply improvement activities. By applying the plan, it is possible to carry out an intervention in the administrative and organizational, commercial, productive, financial, economic, political areas and in the links of competitors and clients, with very good results. In the evaluation of the results, a restructuring is evidenced since the income was significantly increased, the enrollment and reactivation of players were increased, the opening of new categories was generated, more coaches were hired, which allowed to keep the organization stable and improve its scalability.
