Fortalecimiento de la cultura de emprendimiento empresarial en las Instituciones Educativas Públicas del Municipio de Ubaté

El presente proyecto busca diseñar una propuesta de fortalecimiento en la cultura de emprendimiento de los estudiantes de cuarto y quinto grado de las Instituciones Educativas Públicas, que permita el aprovechamiento de la jornada complementaria. Inicialmente se desarrolla un diagnóstico general de las diferentes instituciones de educación pública del municipio de Villa de San Diego de Ubaté, para conocer cómo se encuentran actualmente los programas de emprendimiento, su direccionamiento y las intenciones de emprender que estos generan en los estudiantes. Finalmente, para el proyecto se presenta la propuesta que permite el fortalecimiento del área de emprendimiento en las instituciones educativas públicas del municipio de Ubaté. El emprender no sólo debe crear una empresa, debe motivar, generar una obra o un proyecto social, es por esto que desde la visión del administrador de empresas, se busca transmitir la idea de cultura organizacional en los estudiantes, el manejo adecuado de los recursos, la capacidad de evaluación y visionar el futuro empresarial y social del entorno que lo rodea; y ésta investigación abarca evaluar la cultura de emprendimiento en los colegios del municipio. Para la investigación se tiene en cuenta una encuesta que se desarrolla en los colegios identificados, además de una entrevista realizada a los docentes de los diferentes colegios, y tener una relación entre lo que esperan los estudiantes y lo que pueden dar los docentes en éste tema. Por último, es del interés de las investigadoras el dejar ver que el campo de acción del administrador de empresas, ya que es muy amplio y no sólo implica aportar desde lo empresarial sino también desde lo formativo, desde el aula, para que la profesión evolucione y tenga impacto sobre la sociedad. ABSTRACT This project seeks to design a proposal to strengthen the entrepreneurial culture of fourth and fifth grade students of public educational institutions, which allows them to take advantage of the complementary day. Initially, a general diagnosis of the different public educational institutions of the municipality of Villa de San Diego de Ubaté is developed, in order to know how the entrepreneurship programs are currently, their direction and the entrepreneurial intentions that they generate in the students. Finally, the project presents a proposal to strengthen the area of entrepreneurship in public educational institutions in the municipality of Ubaté. Entrepreneurship should not only create a company, it should motivate, generate a work or a social project, that is why from the vision of the business administrator, it seeks to transmit the idea of organizational culture in students, the proper management of resources, the ability to evaluate and envision the business and social future of the surrounding environment; and this research includes evaluating the culture of entrepreneurship in the schools of the municipality. The research takes into account a survey that is developed in the identified schools, in addition to an interview with teachers from different schools, and to have a relationship between what students expect and what teachers can give on this topic. Finally, it is in the interest of the researchers to show that the field of action of the business administrator is very wide and not only implies contributing from the business aspect but also from the formative aspect, from the classroom, so that the profession evolves and has an impact on society.
