Resumen: El presente proyecto está orientado a la formulación de un Sistema de Información Geográfica para la distribución de aulas y laboratorios en la Universidad Cundinamarca sede Fusagasugá. El objetivo se fundamenta en la creación de una aplicación web para que el usuario pueda acceder en tiempo real a la información que contiene la disponibilidad de espacios educativos, considerando programas y semestres; optimizando así el tiempo y uso del recurso físico de la Universidad. La ejecución del objetivo implicó el desarrollo previo de un Sistema de Información Geográfica SIG y la creación de una interfaz desarrollada en Django el cual utiliza Python como lenguaje de programación e integra SQL para trabajar la base de datos. La metodología del proyecto se desarrolló en tres principales actividades: Diseño: En esta primera actividad se diseñó la base de datos, la cual recopila toda la información requerida (horarios de todos los programas, elementos educativos de cada aula y planos de la universidad). Desarrollo: Para esta actividad, se desarrolló un algoritmo el cual asigna las clases con respecto a las aulas y laboratorios, al igual que se realizó la aplicación web y se integró la base de datos. Implementación: Por último, se migraron los datos a la aplicación web. Con base en el producto final el usuario podrá acceder y obtener la información con respecto a su ubicación en tiempo real, es decir las variables de tiempo y espacio para recibir y orientar el proceso de aprendizaje. Abstract: This paper deals with the formulation of a geographic information system for the distribution of classrooms and laboratories at the University of Cundinamarca Fusagasugá. The objective is the creation of a web application where all students of the University of Cundinamarca can access information on availability of educational spaces in real time, considering programs and semesters thus ending the inefficient use of time and optimizing the Use of the physical resources of the University. The accomplishment of the objective implies the previous development of a GIS Geographic Information System and the creation of an interface integrated in the GIS, developed in programming language. In the methodology of the work was developed in three main activities: Activities in the design: in that first stage the database was designed in which all the required information (schedules of all the programs, educational elements of each classroom and plans of the university) is collected, after obtaining all the data, was implemented a mathematical algorithm for the development of the system. Activities for development: For this activity, a web application is developed with a database is integration. Activities for the implementation: Finally, the data is migrated to the web application. As a result, the user will be able to access the web application and obtain the information regarding to locate in real time, the variables of time and space, to receive and guide the learning process.
