En el presente Trabajo de Grado se realizó una investigación para evaluar la sufiencia y pertinencia de los recursos de apoyo docente en el Programa de Administración de Empresas, Seccional Girardot 2017con el fin de brindar un aporte para la acreditación del Programa. Para ello se realizó un diagnóstico detallado de los recursos de apoyo docente para saber si el programa se ajusta al modelo de auto-evaluacióncon fines de acreditación, para cumplir tal objetivo se aplicó una encuesta a los estudiantes y docentes del Programa para obtener información real y confiable con el fin de determinar el conocimiento de ellos ante estos recursos con los que cuenta la Universidad de Cundinamarca, de igual manera se estableció la dotación total de los recursos para el programa de Administración de Empresas y por último se analizó la disponibilidad y capacidad de todos los recursos de apoyo docente realizando un benchamarking con otras dos universidades de la región, para establecer como se encuentra la Universidad de Cundinamarca ante otras universidades, con todas estas actividades ya desarrolladas y objetivos cumplidos, se realiza un diagnóstico final de cómo se encuentra la Universidad en este gran factor y se realizan unas recomendaciones con el fin de que la Universidad las pueda tomar en cuenta y se puedan mejorar los aspectos que se encuentran con mayor deficiencia y que afectan el proceso de Acreditación del Programa de Adminitración de Empresas. ABSTRACT: In the present Degree Work an investigation was carried out to evaluate the sufficiency and pertinence of the teaching support resources in the business Administration program, Girardot section, University Cundinamarca 2017 with the purpose of providing a contribution for the accreditation of the Program. For this purpose, a detailed diagnosis of the teacher support resources was made to know if the program fits the self-assessment model for accreditation purposes, in order to meet this objective a survey was applied to the students and teachers of the program to obtain real information and reliable in order to determine the knowledge of themn to these resouces with which the University of Cundinamarca has, in the same way the total allocation of resources for the Business Administration program established and finally the avalilability and capacity was analyzed of all teaching support resources by benchmarking with two other universities in the region, to establish how the University of Cundinamarca is with other universities, with all these activities already developedand objectives met, a final diagnosis is made of how it is the University in this great factor and some recommendations are made with the in that the University can take them into account and can improve the aspects that are most deficient and that affect the Accreditation process of the Business Administration Program.
