Efectos En La No Actualización Del Impuesto De Industria Y Comercio Del Municipio De Cucunuba Durante El Periodo 2007-2020

En el municipio de Cucunuba del departamento de Cundinamarca, Colombia, se ha presentado el problema que durante el periodo entre el 2007-2020 no se elaboró una reforma tributaria del impuesto de industria y comercio donde se ve que durante estos periodos existieron cambios económicos y hasta de las mismas actividades económicas donde quedaron vacíos por el hecho de que no había una legislación adecuada para estos casos especiales, también se mirara la pertinencia del consejo municipal y el por qué no se actualizo el dicho estatuto, donde se mirara si se hay afectaciones económicas y fiscales en el recaudo dicho impuesto y el por qué una actualización constantes son buenas para el municipio donde su realización beneficiara a la administración y a los habitantes para la mejora de las infraestructuras y demás proyectos a desarrollar. Abstract: In the municipality of Cucunuba in the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia, the problem has arisen that during the period between 2007-2020 a tax reform of the industry and commerce tax was not elaborated where it is seen that during these periods there were economic changes and even of the same economic activities where they were left empty due to the fact that there was no adequate legislation for these special cases, the relevance of the municipal council will also be looked at and why the said statute was not updated, where it will be looked at if there are economic effects and fiscal in the collection of said tax and why a constant update is good for the municipality where its realization.
